60 Day Returns

You may request a return within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be returned in good condition with all original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Used personal care products are assessed on a case by case basis for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, accidental damage, or abuse.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the returns process outlined above.
