Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we'll always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active. If your tracking hasn't updated after this time, feel free to contact our support team.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions.

If your order is taking longer than expected, we'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, your package may be delayed, returned, or incur additional shipping charges. If you notice a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update your details before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you're still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
